2. People sometimes need a human helping hand to get what they need, a push and
encouragement to live a normal life.
3. We are going to lower the percentage of poverty in Texas and across the world.
4. Make necessary adaptations to life, adaptations to change to a normal life.
5. Develop strategies and programs for coping, communicating, and changes as a family from
poverty to productive citizens.
6. Understanding emotional, behavioral, physical, social and spiritual responses and needs by poor
families.
